I am passionate about empowering courageous leaders, organizations, and systems committed to making our world a better place.

 

I accompany leaders as they navigate complexity, change, and uncertainty by deepening their capacity to lead with compassion, authenticity, and systems awareness, Strengthening their ability to co-create transformative solutions, shift systems, and take aligned, impactful action.

Courageous leadership
Programme

Goal: Strengthen your capacity to lead change, to transform your system and yourself, to contribute to a bigger shift.

Who: Directors and mid-level managers in public organisations and companies.

What: A tailored 6-9 month transformational leadership programme in English or French, delivered virtually and in-person to 1000 participants in 26 countries over the past 10 years.

Sustainability
Strategy

Goal: Advance your organisation's leadership in all aspects of sustainability: people, planet, purpose, profit.

Who: Heads of companies and those responsible for driving sustainability in your organisation.

 

What: Develop a sustainability strategy to achieve goals, create value, and tackle resistance by  taking a relational and systems-awareness approach.

Goal: Create conditions for transformation in  systems and organisations engaging social and  environmental challenges. 

Who: Directors of UN, EU, FR, CAN agencies, delegations, ministries, and NGOs.

What: Programme co-design with an awareness-based, whole-systems approach: collaborative, multi-stakeholder solution-finding, shift mindsets, discover new ways to take aligned action. 

Deep Coaching
 

Goal: Build resilience, self-awareness, and action-confidence. Overcome challenges. Lead  bold, transformative change. 

Who: Heads of companies, directors of organisations, team leaders, managers, and changemakers.

​What: A deep coaching process over 3-9 months tailored to your goals, challenges, and needs. Utilise methods that help you see and resolve your intractible challenges.

Sustainability Experience

  • Sustainability Strategies: Develop Initiatives to Transform Your Business - Stanford University (online). Supporting 100 sustainability leaders from 21 countries to integrate  sustainability into their strategy, increase sustainability performance, and develop actionable initiatives to increase performance and achieve sustainability goals.
     

  • Business Strategy - European Startup. Supported a carbon footprint calculator startup develop and adapt its first mover strategy and culture through a participatory process and Stanford Strategic Leadership model.
     

  • Sustainable Development Goal Acceleration through Systems Transformation - United Nations Development Programme. Supporting 50 changemakers from 33 countries to take a systems approach to sustainability challenges, using awareness-based methods (Presencing Institute, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to shift mindsets and systems to increase sustainability outcomes.
     

  • Generating Breakthrough Strategies - French Ministry of Agriculture. Co-designed and co-facilitated an innovation workshop for an interministerial delegation to discover breakthrough strategies to reduce pesticide use and improve health outcomes.
     

  • Green Business-Incubator - European Headquarters of US manufacturer. Led four product development teams through a process of visioning, research, and business plan development, resulting in four “green business” proposals.
